Prize Details

The winner of this prize draw will receive:

A five-night stay in a private condo in Cap Cana, Dominican Republic.

A $1,000 airfare voucher to be used exclusively toward travel related to this prize.

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to legal residents aged 18 years or older.

Employees, representatives, or affiliates of the sponsoring organization and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Conditions of the Prize

The prize cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, or exchanged for cash or other consideration.

The five-night condo stay is subject to availability and must be booked and completed between January 1, 2026, and January 1, 2028.

The airfare voucher is limited to a maximum value of $1,000 CAD and is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing airline. It may not be used for travel unrelated to this prize draw or applied to bookings outside the specified travel window.

Additional Expenses

The prize includes accommodation only. The following are not included and are the sole responsibility of the prize winner:

Electricity or utilities used during the stay Food, beverages, and personal expenses Transportation to and from the airport

Any travel insurance or incidental expenses

Claiming the Prize

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and begin travel arrangements within 90 days of being notified, or the prize may be forfeited.

All travel arrangements must be coordinated through the sponsor or its designated representative.

Limitation of Liability

The sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, delay, injury, or other issues that may arise during travel or stay.

The sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize in whole or in part in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

General

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

These rules are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the sponsor operates.
