Cancellation by Participants

• Notice Requirement:
  If a participant wishes to cancel their registration for a course or event, they must notify us in writing (via email or letter) at least 60 days before the scheduled start date of the event.

• Refund Schedule (Please note all deposits (10%) are non-refundable):

  • 90% refund if cancellation notice is received 60 days before the event.

  • 50% refund if cancellation notice is received 30 days before the event.

  • NO refund if cancellation notice is received within 30 days before the event.

Cancellation by Practice Scaleup

Practice Scaleup reserves the right to cancel a course or event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrolment, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events.

Cancellation Policy Due to Insufficient Registrations

In the event that a scheduled course or event hosted by Practice Scaleup must be canceled due to insufficient registrations, the following policy will apply:

1. Notification
   Practice Scaleup will make every effort to notify registered participants of the cancellation as soon as the decision is made.
   Notification methods may include email, phone calls, and posting on our website or social media channels.

2. Refunds
   Registered participants will be entitled to a full refund of any registration fees paid.
   Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise requested by the participant.

3. Alternative Arrangements
   At the sole discretion of Practice Scaleup, alternative arrangements may be offered, such as rescheduling the course.

4. Communication
   Practice Scaleup will maintain open communication with registered participants throughout the cancellation process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

5. Liability
   Practice Scaleup will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by registered participants beyond the registration fee, including but not limited to:

   • Travel expenses

   • Accommodation costs

   • Any other consequential damages

6. Future Opportunities
   Practice Scaleup may offer priority registration or special discounts for future courses or events as a gesture of goodwill to participants affected by the cancellation.

By registering for a course or event hosted by Practice Scaleup or its joint partners, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
