Welcome to Practice Scale-Up. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Practice Scale-Up executive business program (“Program”) offered by Practice Scale-Up Inc. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not enroll in or attend the Program.

1. Program Overview

Practice Scale-Up is a professional development program designed exclusively for dental professionals. The Program is delivered through three in-person modules and includes lodging, meals, educational content, and materials. Participation is subject to availability and full payment.

2. Eligibility

Enrollment is open only to licensed dental professionals or individuals who work in or own dental practices. We reserve the right to request professional verification and to decline enrollment if eligibility criteria are not met.

3. Fees and Payment

• The full Program fee is $25,000 CAD per participant.
• Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless a financing option has been agreed upon.
• Payment may be made via the Square link, or as otherwise specified.

Financing options may be available through third-party providers. Please refer to the linked payment plan document for details.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All enrollment fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• You may transfer your registration to another eligible participant no later than 14 days before the start of Module 1, with written notice and approval.
• In the event that Practice Scale-Up cancels a module or the entire Program due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

5. Modifications and Substitutions

Practice Scale-Up reserves the right to:

• Modify program dates, content, or faculty as necessary.
• Substitute faculty members or guest speakers due to scheduling or other unforeseen changes.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times throughout the Program. Practice Scale-Up reserves the right to dismiss any participant for misconduct without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the Program — including slides, handouts, recordings, and digital content — are the intellectual property of Practice Scale-Up or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Practice Scale-Up, its instructors, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the Program.

9. Privacy Policy

By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for communication, marketing, and CRM purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Program shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
